As one of the more demanding business customers, I shopped around for my delivery needs. I called many of Mercury's competitors and ended up frustrated. When I called Mercury, I got my answers quickly and professionally at the prices I found incredibly reasonable. There is something to be said about peace of mind. I don't have to worry about my product delivery ever again. They devised a custom delivery solution FOR me that fits my business model and will be able to accommodate for future growth. What was really amazing is that I spoke with humans as opposed to voice response menus. In hindsight, I should have called them first. I could have saved time... which translates to money. GREAT JOB!
