NO SHOWS THE SENIORS Iam very unhappy with the cabs service,my mother is a senior citizen and her health ins allows her to use this taxi service for a small fee.today her ride no showed her in which she missed her doctors appt..this is cruel and unfair treatment to the seniors.and i plann to take this further.her appt was set 8 days in advanced as asked..prior to this the cab service failed again telling her not enough notice..im pretty sure this cab co bills her and others insurance co.quit hefty.she is a diabetic women who has missed several medical appt .i will hold this cab co in full responsibility if she gets ill and missed a medical appointment.
