Changed oil; service tech stated that trans needed oil changed and the air filter shown was extremely dirty. Impossible since the last full dealer service was at 40,000 miles and it now has 50,000 miles. After I denied any further service, I overheard two service techs comment "Didn't take the bite, uh". I was next to the service bay window. I will place this Danny's on notice of intent to defraud the customer and will hold them liable for any damage on my vehicle.... I did not see any need to disconnect the entire air filter cover just to replace an air filter, that is easy & conveniently located!
