Valley Lutheran High School Reviews

Great atmosphere and even better opportunities for students to get prepared for college. The teachers are great and cirruclum is awesome. Great job with sports and other extra activities.

Valley Lutheran was a wonderful experience for our daughter. The staff is caring & totally involved w/all students. Valley gave her the tools to be well prepared for college & beyond.

I have found that Valley Lutheran High School is a very challenging school that prepares the students for college and whatever else may follow. The teachers are involved, and are very supportive of the students. I have found that every student that graduates from VLHS leaves with the confidence that they are prepared for college or wherever their paths may go.

The first thing I must say about VLHS is that the administration operated in the most unprofessional of manners. Also, there were huge discrepancies in my grades that could not be accounted for.

Our family had children who progressed through public high schools without any problems. Our last child had problems fitting into the large public school and we had problems with the administration of the high school because they didn't want to work on behalf of our child and the special needs. Valley Lutheran has been excellent in working with us as parents and with our child's needs. The principal has been open to sitting down and discussing issues and helping to find solutions in a 'Win/Win' approach. Teachers have worked with our child on areas that have been a challenge in the classroom. The school is smaller and more oriented to working with individuals. Our child has commented to us that everyone (students and teachers) are so positive all the time.
