I love the conservative culture of the school, along with the strict standards in education. This is a great school for a lot of kids. the emphasis is on the basics = foundational skills, and it does a great job of providing an excellent foundation for most children. However, if your child is more hands on , or visual, they may do better elsewhere. Also, the atmosphere is meant to be about learning - always - but can be rather harsh. The upper grades are especially lacking in extention and science. This is not a great environment for a gifted learner, nor for a particularly slow learner.
